LITTLE REI Co., Ltd.

Our representative, Bhattarai Rajan, has lived in Japan for approximately 17 years. After arriving in Japan, he worked at a cleaning company where he learned the fundamentals of hotel room cleaning from the ground up. As he developed his knowledge and skills, advancing through inspection duties and staff leadership roles, he leveraged his own community network to address staffing shortages in the field. Through personnel referrals and training, he built trusted relationships with cleaning companies and hotels, and founded the company with the goal of maximizing his capabilities in site management and operations. While the cleaning industry was already facing significant challenges from an aging workforce and labor shortages, the pandemic struck. Anticipating a rapid recovery and expansion in demand after the crisis, he established the company in March 2021. We continue to steadily build our track record and are dedicated to growing our business.

Origin of the Company Name

The company name is derived from the representative’s daughter, born in the Reiwa era. Just as one nurtures a child’s growth with love, we are committed to carefully growing our company day by day, with the mission of contributing to the local community and society, no matter how small we may be.

Our Strengths

We excel at rapid staffing through our own unique community network. While our staff is primarily Nepali, many are full-time employees or holders of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test certification, enabling effective communication and management at job sites. Several times a month, we gather our staff for study sessions and training to improve not only their cleaning skills but also their Japanese language proficiency. Additionally, we hold meetings with site managers from each location to actively exchange opinions, share information on challenges and best practices, and apply these insights to on-the-job training at each site.
